MAN Oil & Marine was founded in the 1970s as a joint venture between the multinational Manuli Rubber Industries and the Uniroyal group, and quickly established itself as one of the world leaders in the production of highly technological rubber hoses for the transfer of oil in the marine environment. The former business unit of the Manuli group became an independent company in 2020.
In over fifty years of activity, MAN Oil & Marine has acquired an extraordinary know-how, which allows it to compete successfully in a highly specialized business: very few groups are active in this market globally.
MAN Oil & Marine, boasting one of the largest manufacturing facilities on the market, offers a comprehensive portfolio of products and services, including the unique long-length hoses, certified to the GMPHOM-2009 industry standard.
Thanks to a consolidated network of agents, the company distributes its products in over 20 countries and, over the years, has been able to win contracts all over the world: from Europe to Asia, from the Middle East to Africa, from Latin America to Oceania.

Ibla Capital, which has acquired 100% of the capital of MAN Oil & Marine through the vehicle Ibla Industries II, intends to invest in the development of the company, also through targeted acquisitions in the sector.
